Build out Bus Factor
Bus factor is the count of how many people would need to get hit by a bus in order to destroy your company. If only the CTO has administrator access, a poorly timed jaywalk could be the end of more than one career.
This is equally important in parenting. You cannot have only one person who knows how to change a diaper or where daycare is. Even (especially) if you are a single parent, let a trusted person know where the Social Security cards are.
Yes, "your way" might be better, more efficient, less likely to result in pureed carrots on the ceiling, but as long as it's not leading directly to therapy or the Emergency Room, train up your team so anyone can step in for anybody else.
That doesn't mean you can't have subject matter experts. In fact, having a default lead for equipment comparison shopping or external communications can be sanity saving as you try to assign the endless list of jobs-to-be-done. But that person should not hoard all that power and proficiency in the hopes of making themselves irreplaceable.
Aim for a deep bench or, at least, a Woz for each Jobs.
